I feel the need to share it with you. It is an enlightening book that focuses on the changing world of Internet togetherness, mass or global collaboration also known as crowdsourcing.

In a previous job I had the honor of working with the talented design engineers at BMW in Munich so one of the stories that I liked the best in the book was on BMW’s virtual innovation agency.

That a traditional German engineering firm like BMW realzes they don’t have a monopoly on smart people and car design and have embraced the concept of community design to improve their products still further is inspiring.
