Many people think that messaging is just writing. The truth is, it involves so much more. It is one of the most important aspects a company can focus on to ensure its success. Messaging is central to everything companies do, from communicating internal values to employees, to communicating company/product/service benefits to customers.
For me, finding ways to creatively communicate that message, and seeing that message take hold in a company and in the market, are some of the most rewarding aspects of marketing communications.
